 The characteristic flavor of Lieu Chau snail vermicelli lies in the taste of snail juice.  Ingredients: 1 pack of Lieu Chau snail vermicelli (350 grams) inside includes: 1 noodle pack, 1 snail soup, 1 chili oil, 1 pickled bamboo shoot, 1 scum, 1 peanut, 1 pack  pickled radish beans with salt, 1 pack of sour vinegar

 Cooking instructions:

 - Put the vermicelli in cold water and boil for about 8-10 minutes until it is soft, take out (you can soak the vermicelli in cold water for about 10 minutes before boiling).

 - Pour 400ml of cold water into the pot, add meat snail soup + seasoning packages + pickled vegetables + boiled noodles, boil until the water boils (about 1-2 minutes) and then pour into a bowl.

 - Sprinkle roasted peanuts and pour bean scum package on top.

 - Add the chili oil package (note the chili is quite spicy, so everyone uses the amount of chili depending on taste)

 Note: The snail soup package is salty, so when you put it in the vermicelli, you should add about half a package then taste it again to taste.
